Ingredients

    8 oz immitation crab cubed or shredded
    2 large stalks of celery, diced fine
    1/4 small onion, super finely diced
    1 tsp lemon juice
    4 Tbsp Helmann's Reduced Fat Mayo
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp dill weed

Directions

Cube or shred the crab. Dice the celery (realtively fine). Dice the onion (very find). Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.

Chill at least 30 minutes.

Makes 2 servings (approx 1 cup each)
