Ingredients

    I can of 98% fat free chicken breast (13 oz)
    1 small can of diced green chilies
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste (I also like to add Mrs. Dash)
    Celery sticks for dipping

Directions

Drain your chicken and heat it through in a skillet. Add the chilies, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Once everything is melted, you're all set. Serve with celery sticks for a warm, crunchy, and satisfying lunch. Makes 2 servings.
