We like a lot of cabbage and saurkraut with ours. You can cut back on these ingredients if you like.
Number of Servings: 11
Ingredients

93%Lean ground beef - 2 lbs
1/2 cup white rice
1 egg
1 small onion chopped
2 heads of cabbage
2 (2lb bags) of Saurkraut
1 (46 oz) can of Campbell's Low Sodium Tomato Juice
Directions
1. Cook whole head of cabbage in microwave safe bowl with 1/2 cup water. Cover with Saran. for 7 min on high.
2. Remove from microwave and separate leaves. Try not to tear them.
3. In a separate bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper, and egg.
4. Separate into (11) 1/2 cup servings.
5. Roll a cabbage leaf around each serving of meat.
6. In a BIG pot, cover bottom with 1 bag of saurkraut.
7. Cut some cabbage and place over top of saurkraut.
8. Place cabbage rolls ontop of that.
9. Add remaining saurkraut and cabbage.
10. Pour whole can of tomato juice on top.
11. Add Water to cover everything.
12. Cook covered for about 3 hours.
