    Baby spinach 3oz
    Solid white tuna in water 1/4 cup
    cucumber(peeled) 1/2 large
    1 tsp xtra virgin olive oil
    2 tbs balsamic vinegar

Directions

add 3 oz baby spinach to bowl
drain and rinse tuna, add 1/4 cup
peel 1/2 (lrg) cucumber
add 1 tsp xtra virgin olive oil
add 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
