Ingredients

    Ground Turkey - 1.5 lbs
    Onion - 1/2
    Brown Rice - One pack of uncooked minute rice (1 cup)
    Spaghetti Sauce - 12 oz (can substitute tomato soup)
    Worstershire Sauce - 4 tbls
    Water - 8 oz.

Directions

Combine the ground turkey, onion and rice together in a mixing bowl. Add other italian seasoning at this time, if desired. Roll into 1 in. - 2 in. sized meatballs and place in a baking dish.

Combine the spaghetti sauce, worstshire sauce, and water (lessen water for a thicker sauce. Pour sauce over Porcupines.

Bake at 375-400 degrees for 45-60 minutes with basting the Porcupines in the middle of the baking time.

Makes 24 Porcupines, with a serving size of 6 Porcupines each.
