    1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
    1 large green pepper, chopped (1 cup)
    1 small-medium onion, chopped (1 cup)
    2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
    32 oz beef broth
    4 cups (2 14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
    1 cup (8 oz) tomatoe sauce
    1/4 cup (4 oz) tomatoe paste
    2 tsp Italian seasonings
    2 1/2 cups whole wheat pasta (spiral works great)
    1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


Brown the ground beef in the olive oil. Add onions, green peppers, and garlic to the browning meat until meat is throughly cooked.

Stir in broth, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste, and Itialian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil, simmer for 10-12 minutes or pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
