Ingredients
-
1 lb Foster Farms Chicken Breasts (fresh), Kirkland Signature
1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
Dash Garlic powder
Dasy Onion powder
Dash Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
1 Tbsp La Choy Lite Soy sauce
1 large crown Broccoli, chopped (about 3 cups)
1/2 pkg (7 oz) Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions.
Cut chicken and broccoli both into bite size pieces. Saute the chicken in 1 tsp of the olive oil over medium heat (reserve the rest of the oil). When chicken is almost done, add broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, or until desired consistency.
Mix honey, balsamic vinegar and lite soy sauce. Add to chicken & broccoli mixture and simmer, stirring frequently to coat the chicken & broccoli with the sauce. When sauce reduces by half, add the drained pasta and mix well.
