Ingredients

    1 tbsp honey
    1 med banana, sliced
    3 strawberries, chopped
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 fat free yogurt
    18-22 icecubes

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree til smooth.

Makes 2 - 4 cup servings

    Excellent flavour! I only had strawberries and bananas so I added 1/8 c. orange juice. I didn't use ice, I have a small smoothie blender. - 3/14/10
