Ingredients

    Cook vegetables in a little bit of water
    Cook lasagna noodles
    mix together ricotta cheese, parmasean cheese, cottage cheese
    Put a layer of noodles in the bottom of a glass casserole dish,
    layer 1 cup of Marinara Sauce, 1/2 of the cooked veges, 1/2 of the cheese mixture, 8 oz of the mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat...
    Put a little cheese on top
    Cook at 350 for about 45 mins.
