Ingredients

    3 c shredded hearts of romaine
    1/4 c walnuts
    1 medium red d'anjou pear, peeled and diced
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp or 1/2 T olive oil
    1 dash salt
    12 Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Seasoned Croutons

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Makes 4 1-c servings or 1 big serving for one (450 cal).
