Ingredients

    2 c. Pinto beans or bean of choice
    1 16 oz. can Vegetarian refried beans
    2 egg whites
    3 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. A1 sauce
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. dry oatmeal plain
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
    2 tbsp. Olive oil for frying

Directions

Mix beans, refried beans, eggs, sauces, onion and garlic in blender until desired texture. Pour into large mixing bowl and add dry ingredients and spices, stir in until well mixed. Make into patties and fry up in oil in large skillet. Serve on whole wheat buns with tradition veggies, goes good with roasted parmesan potato wedges.
