My son has always love to cook. This was the first recipe he cooked at age 7. He loves it for breakfast, but I like it for dinner with a salad. My son is now 25 and a Pastry Chef at a 4 star restruant. My son has always love to cook. This was the first recipe he cooked at age 7. Incredible!
Delish! I added a tbsp of garlic chives cos they were there. And I only had mozzarella so I tripled it. Instead of layering it, I mixed it all together and poured it in. Dusted romano cheese on top. My first quiche and it came out great! - 7/29/18
