Frozen Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Frozen Cantaloupe, 1 cup, cubes
Tesco Frozen raspberries, 175 gram(s)
Oats, 40 grams
**Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
Neal's Yard Breakfast Sprinkles, 50 gram(s)
Skimmed milk, 250 gram(s)
*Splenda, 2 tsp
Directions
Chuck it all in the blender!
