Ingredients

Yaki Sushi Nori or any sushi wrappers.
    1 can Hormel SPAM lite
    10 T. Susie's Sauce Teri-Miso
(Or sub. it with regular soy sauce or some sweet barbeque sauce)
1 tsp. Kum Chun Oyster sauce
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    Musubi maker
    Cooked hot rice
    Saran wrap (clear wrapper)
    pepper

Directions

Makes about 7 servings (depends on how thin you cut the spam)

1. Cut spam about 1/2 in. thick or however you desire the thickness is.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate spam.
(Best to do it over night or 1 hour will do it)

3. Heat up pan on High. When hot enough lower heat to medium. Spread some of the marinate all over each spam and fry. Fry each side about 3 minutes or until desire.

4. Spead out saran wrap and place nori on top. Taking your musubi maker, place on top saran wrap with nori since it will be your wrapper for your musubi. Place rice in about 3/4 up, leaving space for spam.

5. Drizzle a little of the marinate on the rice, add spam and press together.

6. Slowly lift up, grab the saran wrap along with the nori and cover up the rice and musubi.

    Very Good
I didn't use the marinade at all, there's enough salt and flavor in the spam alone once you carmelize the fat by frying them. But I do LOVE it! - 9/15/11
