    1/2 cup - Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1/2 cup- Canned Pumpkin
    1/2 cup- Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
    1 packet of Splenda
    Cinnamon, Nutmeg to taste


Cook 1/2 cup oatmeal in microwave as directed.
Stir in pumpkin, spices, and blue berries.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 60 seconds more.
Stir again.
Top with Splenda.
Enjoy this as a hearty meal, any time of the day!

This is also great with raisins, or other berries!

    I add splenda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger to a big can of pumpkin and keep it in the fridge so I can add to any hot cereal. Blueberries were ok. - 2/8/09

  • Still trying to decide if I like the berries mixed with the pumpkin. Other than that I liked it, will probably make it again. It was very filling. - 12/24/07
