Great filling muffins. Only 2 Weight Watchers points per serving. Great filling muffins. Only 2 Weight Watchers points per serving.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda

    2 eggs
    1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1/4 cup skim milk
    3 medium mashed bananas


Beat eggs until frothy. Mix in apple sauce, milk and bananas. Add dry ingredients one at a time. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Makes 12-18 muffins.
