Introduction

I've seen this method around and it works great when trying to watch what you eat! I chop everything the night before, start the water boiling when I first get up. Put the filled baggie in the pot and go take a shower. Breakfast is ready when I'm finished with my shower. I've seen this method around and it works great when trying to watch what you eat! Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
2 oz. Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ham, finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped raw onions
1/4 cup mixture of chopped green and red bell Peppers
    1/4 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
    1 oz. Water
    2 Whole Wheat English Muffins
    1 Quart-size Freezer Zip-Lock bag

Directions

Put a saucepan filled with water on to boil. Beat eggs with water until well mixed. Add ham, onions, chopped peppers, and cheese. Put this mixture into the zip-lock bag and smoosh most of the air out. Make sure it's zipped securely. Place the bag into a pan of boiling water. Cook 10-15 minutes or until eggs are firm. Meanwhile, toast English muffins. Slide 'omelet' out on plate. Divide in two. Serve with muffins.

    Incredible!
You can do this same thing in a ziplock steam bag in the microwave. I love my steam bags. - 5/23/12
