    2 tsp Olive Oil
    3 Tbs Italian Dressing Seasoning Mix
    1 cup finely chopped tomato
    1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
    1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and finely chopped

Directions

mix all ingredients together and let it sit at room temp to season
