Ingredients

    2 bunches (about 40 stalks) fresh asparagus
    1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    6 Tbsp fat-free whipped salad dressing spread
    4 tsp chopped tarragon
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup vegetable broth
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Steam asparagus until tender-crisp, approximately 6-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix yogurt, salad dressing, tarragon, lemon juice, broth and mustard in a sauce pan. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat (do not boil) mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes or until warm.

Drizzle sauce over steamed asparagus and serve.
