Creamy Chicken with rice and green onions
This creamy dish will make you wonder where the guilt went.
My mother used to make these cabbage rolls when I was a little girl. For a better-for-you version substitute parboiled brown rice for the white rice and extra-lean ground beef.
I had white rice on hand, but brown rice would be more heart-healthy.
Cooked in the crock pot all day makes these chops very tender.

Easy, Quick and Few Ingredients
My husband put this together so my calculations are as accurate as I can get them. The soup is 1 can, the rice was one boil in bag unit (I could not remember the exact amount of cooked rice this makes). The chicken is one 1lb boneless skinless breast. The rest of the list was accurate.
