Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Liked the recipe but something was missing... I thought it needed a little bit of ..... um, something. Maybe I'll try a dollop of fat free sour cream in it next time and nix the lemon.
I discovered I don't really like peppers while venturing out to make this recipe. The chicken was flavorful but the lemon slices made parts of it a bit too sour. I like the recommendation above to use lemon juice perhaps instead. I added some reduced fat sour cream while serving and that helped.
