Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I lowered the salt by not using canned soup and makng a simple roux with butter, flour and a little milk. ALso left out the cheese and added a little onion and grated carrot.
Pretty yummy though.
My husband liked it, but I thought It was too salty.
This was great!!! Even the 2 y.o. just LOVED it!!! Easy to make and has many possibilities for adding different veggies, etc. Will be adding this to my recipe book. Can't believe the lower calorie count compared to the wonderful taste...very filling too! Thank you for sharing!!!!
