Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I make my taco's with low fat cheese & ground chicken.I prefer not to use anything in packages, they have so much salt & preservatives. I use the taco mix that comes in a jar next to all the other spices.
My family enjoys it this way. I have to say also that it tastes good.
Good way to eat tacos that are less fattening.
I just found dinner. I am going to add some black beans and may cut the cheese in half and use one of the low carb mission style tortillas for a soft taco. I think this will be great.
