This was really good! Tasted like fast food but didnt make me feel guilty! Lol I used leftover slow cooker chicken and shredded it. I also left out the ranch just because you can't even taste a teaspoon of it so why add the calories??
So very goood! I used the Foreman grill and used fat-free cheese with flatbread. Will eat this more often! :)
mmmmm reminds me of a sandwich i used to order at friendlys, but i am sure it had a much higher calorie count! cant wait to try this in hopes it will satisfy my craving for that sandwich!!!!
the 55.3mg of cholesterol comes from the chicken, duh. chicken has 24mg of cholesterol per ounce. this was a really good and easy recipe. definitely filling and low in fat
