Ingredients



    * *Tilapia filet, 8 oz (remove)
    * *Bumble Bee Crab Meat, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Kraft Mayo Light Mayo, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    * *French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), .25 serving (remove)
    * *Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.50 cup (remove)

Directions

stir fry the peppers and onion
whisk mayo, eggs, mustard, a splash of lemon juice
mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs
form into 4 patties, roll in bread crumbs
fry on stove with a tad of olive oil
