    Minced Garlic
    Olive Oil
    Fresh Brocolli

Heat frying pan and add olive oil then add the minced garlic. Once garlic starts to turn brown add in the brocolli and mix with fork.

After a few minutes the brocolli will start to look done.

This is very good with chicken and especially with fish.

This was really good. My family loved it. I added a pinch of red peper flakes for a little heat. Is new favorite way to make brocolli. - 3/22/10

  • Incredible!
This recipe was great. It will help me eat broccoli more often. I steamed the broccoli in the microwave first for 2.5 min in a covered microwave safe dish and sprinkled a tsp of water on it. I used one medium size garlic clove, sea salt to taste and one tbsp of olive oil. Simply but very tasty. - 9/19/12

  • O.K.
I was a little disappointed with this recipe. There are no measurements listed along with the ingredients so I had absolutely no idea how much of each thing to put in. Also, I followed the recipe exactly but the garlic turned out crispy and hard and didn't mix together well or stick to the broccoli. - 6/21/11

  • Good
I would probably steam the brocolli first next time. I had to cook it too long and it got kind of burnt. But the flavors are good. I also added a dash of pepper flakes. - 2/17/11
