This was really good. My family loved it. I added a pinch of red peper flakes for a little heat. Is new favorite way to make brocolli. - 3/22/10

    Incredible!
This recipe was great. It will help me eat broccoli more often. I steamed the broccoli in the microwave first for 2.5 min in a covered microwave safe dish and sprinkled a tsp of water on it. I used one medium size garlic clove, sea salt to taste and one tbsp of olive oil. Simply but very tasty. - 9/19/12

    O.K.
I was a little disappointed with this recipe. There are no measurements listed along with the ingredients so I had absolutely no idea how much of each thing to put in. Also, I followed the recipe exactly but the garlic turned out crispy and hard and didn't mix together well or stick to the broccoli. - 6/21/11

    Good
I would probably steam the brocolli first next time. I had to cook it too long and it got kind of burnt. But the flavors are good. I also added a dash of pepper flakes. - 2/17/11
