Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe was great. It will help me eat broccoli more often. I steamed the broccoli in the microwave first for 2.5 min in a covered microwave safe dish and sprinkled a tsp of water on it. I used one medium size garlic clove, sea salt to taste and one tbsp of olive oil. Simply but very tasty.
