Ingredients

    *Kroger Imitation Crabmeat, 1 cup
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Bumble Bee Tiny Shrimp can, 1 serving
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .50 tsp

Directions

Cook Rice per directions. Drain Shrimp cut up imatation crab. Sautee onions in butter then add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, crab,
garlic powder and shrimp. Mixed together and then fold into rice. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 30 mintues.

    Very Good
    This was good! I had some crab meat and needed to use it- so I searched the recipes and came across this one! Dh, me, and one of my boys likes it...2 of the boys did not....but that doesn't mean anything! lol thanks for sharing! - 4/27/09
