Ingredients

    1/2 C onino
    2 t oil
    1 whole red bell pepper sliced thin
    1 bunch of asparagas
    2 quorn naked cutlets
    1/2 cup of broth
    red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup parmesean

Directions

cook cutlets in microwave for 1 minute then cut in cubes
heat oil and add onion and red bell, cook until soft
add 1/2 cup broth, asparagas and quorn cutlets
Cook for 5 minutes
Add in cooked pasta
Toss with Parmesan and red pepper flakes
