    Trader Joes Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes, No Salt, Plus Basil, 3.25 cup
    1/4 cup onions, 2 serving
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Vodka, 2 fl oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces
    Healthy Harvest - Whole Wheat Blend Penne Rigate, 13.25 oz
    Fat free half and half, 0.5 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
    Olive oil, using mistor
    Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tsp


Cook pasta according to package.
Mist olive oik into pot, add onions and cook until translucent, add garlic. Add can of tomatoes. Cook 30 minutes on Medium and then an hour or more on Low. Add vodka and cook for 15-30 minutes. Add half and half little by little until incorporated. Add Parmesan cheese and cook a few minutes longer. Add 1/4 cup pasta water before draining. Cook chicken, drain. Cook mushrooms. Add both to sauce.

Add the sauce to pasta and serve.
