    1 lb asparagus - washed, tough ends removed and broken into bite sized sections
    1 small carton fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 package sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)
    2 cloves garlic - minced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese


Add olive oil to bottom of large skillet. When olive oil is hot, add the asparagus, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. Saute until asparagus is tender but still bright green. When almost done, add the minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt, fresh ground pepper, and Parmesan cheese before serving. Makes four servings.
