Ingredients

    1 16oz Carton Egg Beaters
    1 10 oz pkg chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
    18 oz pkg 2% shredded cheese
    .25 cup grated Parmesan
    2T minced dried onion flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and put in muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Makes 12 muffins. Bake until golden brown and set.
