    Mushrooms, crimini, 3 oz
    Tomatoes, Roma 5
    Sweet potato, 1 med
    Kale, 1 stalk
    Swanson Veg Broth, 1 carton
    365 Whole Foods Chicken Broth, 1 carton

Directions

Serving size: 1 cup
Bring soup to a boil and decrease temperature to simmer.
Cook until vegetables are al dente, not mushy.
Blend in Vita Mix until smooth.
