    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 oz raw shrimp
    3 oz baby carrots, sliced
    1 med. slice of yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. broccoli
    2/3 c. brown instant brown rice, cooked
    1 tsp powdered garlic
    2/3 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    2/3 tsp teriyaki sauce


Heat EVOO in frying pan on high. Add shrimp, fry for 2 minutes and then add veggies. Sprinkle garlic powder. Fry for 5-7 minutes (or longer) depending on how tender you want your veggies. While veggies are cooking, prepare your rice. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to veggies and serve over the rice. Enjoy!
