Ingredients

    1 cup sprouted chickpeas
    1/2 zucchini, peeled
    2 tbsp tahini
    5 sundried tomatoes
    2 slices red bell pepper
    2 slices onion
    several tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
    cilantro, parsley, cumin, coriander, garlic, and chili powder to taste

Directions

To sprout chickpeas: Buy dry chickpeas. Soak in water overnight. Drain and rinse. Store in a jar or mesh bag, rinsing several times a day for two days until they sprout.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy.
