Ingredients

    1 onion
    2 jalepeno pepper
    3 or 4 tomatos
    2 limes
    8 cups veggie broth
    2 cups cooked black beans
    4 corn tortillas sliced into strips
    cilantro to taste
    top with some baked corn tortilla strips
    cotija cheese optional (just understand that it adds 100 calories per ounce)

Directions

saute the veggies
add the broth, beans, the tortilla strips and the cilantro.
cook until it thickens up (about 15 or 20 minutes)
Top with baked tortilla strips and cotija cheese (optional)
