Introduction

A deliciously fresh salad dressing with a kick to it. A deliciously fresh salad dressing with a kick to it.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Dressing:

    2 small mandarin oranges
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 avacado

    Salad:

    Romaine
    Kale
    Spinach
    Cucumber
    Red Pepper
    Red Onion
    Green Onion

    **You can make any kind of tossed salad, adding whatever vegetables you like**

Directions

Put all dressing ingredients into blender or food processor and blend. Add water to get your desired consistency whether thicker or thinner. Thinner for pouring and thicker for a dip.

Dressing makes about 2 cups.

Can be served on salad, or as a dip with vegetables.
