Ingredients

    1 lb boneless chicken breast
    2 cups crushed tomatoes
    9 cups ronzony healthy harvest whole wheat extra wide pasta
    2 ounces cabot 75% light cheddar

Directions

This makes 6 servings

Place chicken breast in shallow baking pan. Pour 1 1/2 cups of crushed tomatoes over chicken and place in the oven

Boile the pasta while the chicken is cooking
when the chicken is done cut up into smaller pieces and mix with cooked and drained pasta.
