My son loves this! We get the frozen fruit, yogurt, a touch of honey for sweetness if you need it, and rice milk. Add Ice depending on how think you want. It even makes up like a soft icecream! Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup
Honey, 1 tbsp (optional)
Rice Dream Rice milk Vanilla flavored, 0.5 cup
