My son loves this! We get the frozen fruit, yogurt, a touch of honey for sweetness if you need it, and rice milk. Add Ice depending on how think you want. It even makes up like a soft icecream! Ingredients

    Fruit Blend (frozen), 1 cup
    Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup
    Honey, 1 tbsp (optional)
    Rice Dream Rice milk Vanilla flavored, 0.5 cup

Directions

Mix together in a belender. It is the perfect size for a "magic blender". Enjoy!!
