Introduction

Ingredients

    6 Pork loin chops, approx. 3 oz each.
    1 pouch A TASTE OF THAI Spicy Peanut Bake

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat meat with Peanut Bake seasoning (both inner envelopes). Sprinkle any excess over top of meat. Place meat in oven-safe baking dish and bake uncovered until done; (5-6 medium size chops bake 30-40 minutes).

Serves 4-6
