Ingredients

    1-2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    I pkg. taco seasoning
    2 C. grated low fat cheese
    1 pkg. (6inch ) whole wheat tortillas
    1 can Mexican beans, not refried
    1 jar picante or taco sauce.

Directions

Brown beef, mix seasoning into drained meat. In a 3-quart casserole layer meat, cheese and tortilla. Reapeat until meat is gone. Pour beans on top. Pour taco sauce on top of this and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Microwave 10 minutes at 70% power, turning every 3 minutes. (If you have a turn table in the microwave you don't have to do this.) Can also be oven baked.
