    1 mango
    .5 cup lime juice
    1 T Splenda
    .5 cup cilantro
    1 tsp cumin
    .5 cup green onion

Directions

Julienne jicama and mango, chop the cilantro and green onion, and toss all ingredients together. This can be used as a salad, a salsa, or over a bed of greens.
