Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbs honey
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh orange juice
3 tbs caonla oil
2 tsp orange rind and pulp
2 egg whites
1/4 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
A 'juicer' recipe. Makes 12 muffins.
Preheat oven to 400. Combine flour, baking powder, nuts and salt. Mix well. Combine orange juice, honey, canola oil, orange peel and egg whites. Mix together until dry ingredients are moist. Bake at 400 for approximately 15 - 19 minutes.
