Introduction

An absolute "must" have at your next outdoor cookout! The recipe calls for 6 tbsp of olive oil - 3 of those go into the marinade which "most" of it gets thrown away, so for calculation purposes I put 4 tbsp in. Ingredients

    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
    1 1/4 tsp sugar
    salt pepper
    3 medium garlic cloves crushed through a press
    2 tbsp water
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Whisk together mustard, 1 tbsp on lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside

Whisk together remaining ingredients and put in a ziploc bag, add chicken and toss to coat. Press out air and seal. Place in the fridge for 30 min, flipping bag about half way through.

Remove chicken from bag and allow excess marinade to drip off. Grill over med heat until done and allow to rest 5 min after removing from grill. Slice on the bias diagonally about 1/4 inch slices. Drizzle over reserved sauce
