Ingredients

    ½ cup 100% natural peanut butter made with ONLY peanuts
    1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
    1½ cups crispy oats or flax meal (for omega-3s)
    ½ cup raisins or ¼ cup dark chocolate chips.

Directions

Roll up into bite-sized balls (20) and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating. Important to remember that you should be eating no more than 2 energy balls per day (and only before your workout.)

    Very Good
    This is pretty good.. I wanted oats and flax seed so added 1/3 cup flax to the recipe.. came out a little wet, but tastes very good. - 7/8/10
