Lunch Recipes (Most Popular)
My first attempt for homemade lunch to bring to office, the main purpose is to get something simple and easy to do for less kitchen-competent. Open to suggestion to make this better.
1 8oz. pkg. House tofu Shirataki Noodle Shaped Tofu
1 3 oz. pkg chunk light tuna in water
1/4 c. Campbell's healthy request cream of celery soup
3/4 c. frozen stir fry vegetables
1 laughing cow light creamy ffrench onion wedge
The chicken can be freshly grilled, or use roasted chicken you have in the fridge.
I named this an Applewood Wrap because the food co-op I volunteer at had a sale on Applewood deli products, and I bought enough to make several of these yummy wraps. :)
I got this recipe from Betty Crocker site. It needs a little refinement to make it a bit healthier. Great for lunches.
My experiment. I will be playing with this recipe as I go. If you have any suggestions plz let me know.
I tried this sandwich after learning about it from a tv show. The gentleman described this sandwich and I just had to make it. I love it and I dont eat sandwiches without meat.....I do now. :-)
Xpress recipe. This recipe originally called for push cart onions "n sauce" in a jar, but I have no idea what that is or even where to find it, so I just used onion instead until I can find it. You can use your own chicken salad if you like instead of bought salad, just make sure you adjust the nutrional values.
I got this recipe from Allrecipes, submitted by Ellie11. I just made this soup and it is REALLY good. Next time though I think I'm going to add mor vegetables to it, just not sure which ones yet.
i wanted something quick and I went through my cabinet and here is what i came up with. I didnt have light or ff miracle whip but next time I will have that or maybe substitute yogurt instead to make it healthier. Plus use turkey bacon.
This is a really good wrap if you like the turkey-bacon-ranch combination. I changed it up a bit and made it a little bit healthier. The original recipe called for 4T. ranch and 4-6 slices of deli turkey. I dropped the dressing down to 2T because 4 was just way to much and used Carl Buddig lunch meat where 1 pkg is only 100 calories.
