Copy-cat KFC coleslaw
This is a great recipe that is a hit at family gatherings. I have changed it slightly from the actually recipe by cutting back on the oil, using lite miracle whip and splenda in place of sugar. I am not sure how "lite" it will come out in comparison with some low-cal recipes, but I know how good this is!! :)
