I just made these. I made a few changes....first, I mixed the yeast wiyh 1 teaspoon of sugar, and let sit 5 minutes. I melted the butter in the milk and added sugar, stir to dissolve. And because my son loves cheese buns, I stuffed the buns with mozzarella. They were better than Golden Corral.
