Dried blueberries make these pancakes extra sweet. I use 3 tbsp of sugar but I like mine extra sweet, but feel free to reduce the sugar. Between the millet and the blueberries, the dough is pretty sweet already.
This gingerbread/cinnamon granola is great on Fage, Greek yogurt. Add some fresh berries and you've got a fabulous breakfast.
This makes late evening treat that good for you or a quick breakfast - you can add soy powder (Trader Joe's has one for 110 calories per scoop) and increase the water to give more staying power. It has fiber, vitamin A, calcium, is low fat and dairy free. Much healthier than a milk shake and fewer calories!
