Ingredients

Combine in blender the vanilla or plain low fat soy milk, peeled and sliced mango, ice cubes & mango sorbet. Process until smooth. It will be very thick. Add water - more if you choose to also add soy powder, and cinnamon. Blend again at high speed until smooth. Divide into two tall glasses or drink half and save half for the next day.

Directions

This makes two servings. You can vary the ingredients to include other fruits or substitute another juice like berry or guava for the 1/4 cup water. Just remember to add the extra calories to what is shown. You can make this hot with the addition of red pepper flakes & pineapple juice, or kick it up with nutmeg and cardamon and use low fat coconut milk in place of water. No cooking is required making it an ideal food for non-cooks and those in a hurry, or during hot weather when you don't want to eat heavy.
